This document gives a brief overview of the renegade group called the Thunderbolts. This information has been gathered by S.H.I.E.L.D. undercover agents tracking the Thunderbolts. More detailed information will be made available as the database is updated.

Citizen V - Baron Zemo - Helmut J. Zemo - A brilliant strategist, son of a Nazi war criminal and the leader of the Thunderbolts. Zemo is an accomplished marksman, swordsman, and soldier. He is also capable of using the technology left by his forefathers to further his plans for world domination. He now has the technical expertise of Techno at his beck and call as well. Zemo has quite a few connections in the organized crime cartels and organizations such as Hydra and Advanced Idea Mechanics (AIM).
Atlas - Goliath - Erik Josten - Former mercenary with the power to grow to colossal size and strength. As Goliath, his strength was rated as nearly Class 100 at maximum size, but as Atlas, his strength seems to vary depending on his size. At 15 feet his strength appears to be at about 10-15 tons. Increasing his size, increases his strength and he has grown to sizes of almost 100 feet. At his maximum size, he proved to be a match for Crusher Creel, the Absorbing Man and leader of the Wrecking Crew and helped neutralize the Growing Man at maximum height.
Mach 1 - The Beetle - Abner Jenkins - Aviator whose battle armor gives him the flight speed and firepower of a human fighter plane. His battle armor is his design but built with the help of Techno, to improve its performance. The armor protects him against injuries, and makes him highly manueverable, but its primary defense is its speed. His offensive weapons include a variety of grenades, tracer rounds, rubber bullets, and anesthetic rounds.
Meteorite - Moonstone - Doctor Karla Soften - Self interested one-time psychiatrist possessed of superhuman strength, speed and the power of flight. An interesting note: She possesses only one unique power not duplicated better by other members of the group. That power is intangibility. She cannot phase through or resist any attack that relies totally on an energy profile. Second in physical strength to Atlas, Moonstone's strength is quite impressive, nonetheless. She is capable of lifting weights up to 25 tons with some effort. She can fly at speeds of up to 200 mph, project bolts of energy capable of ripping holes through a brick wall. Her resistance to injury is also heightened.
Songbird - Screaming Mimi - Melissa Gold - Withdrawn young woman whose voice can create objects of solidified sound. Mimi actual powers caused hallucinations in people who heard her voice. Techno devised a device similar to the sonic constructor used by Klaw, Master of Sound, to augment and modify her powers for a more diverse range of effects. She can fly, create constructs of solid sound for battering rams, flying telekinetic platforms, defensive sound barriers, and sonic beam attacks.
Techno - The Fixer - P. Norbert Ebersol - Intuitive technological genius armed with an everchanging tech-pac of wonderous superscientific devices. The Fixer, despite his technological genius, never seem to be able to make it to the big time. Perhaps his limited ambition, limited vision, or limited connections was responsible for his lack of success. The techpak, his most recent creation seems to be a breakthrough for the now hero, Techno.
Hawkeye - Clint Barton - the one-time supervillian who with the help of the Avengers straightened up his life and became an Avenger, now has taken the Thunderbolts under his wing in order to help them go straight. Temporarily, out of the Avengers, Hawkeye, master bowman, using specially modified arrows, extreme skill, courage and a time-trained tactical genius to bring the Thunderbolts to victory has his work cut out for him. The Thunderbolts have a very poor public opinion standing due to the revelation that they were once the Masters of Evil.
Charcoal - a young black man who was conscripted by the Imperial Forces and fought against the Thunderbolts. His powers and their origin are a mystery. He experiences a cellular transformation into various types of complex carbon compounds that allow him to possess a wide array of powers including energy projection, superstrength, resistance to injury, tracking senses and flight. His strength is great enough to allow him to stagger Atlas. His flight powers allow him to keep pace with the Atomic Knight's Atomic Steed, clocked at 200 mph.
Jolt -Hallie Takahama - a young woman who was believed to have been genetically modified by Arnim Zola and whose superpowers included the creation of bio-electrical effects similar to the Wasp and Yellowjacket. Jolt has electrically enhanced reflexes, strength, and agility. Her biologically generated electroblasts and increased superhuman speed is not a match for Quicksilver but her reflex time is comparable for short bursts of activity.
